hello there!
Ashia Monet writes speculative novels about magic and monsters. She has a BA in psychology and an MA in mental health counseling and behavioral medicine. Though originally from Philadelphia, she currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
As a lifelong fan of myth and poetry (especially Sappho), she finds inspiration from subverting popular tropes and is passionate about fashion and food. If she is ever missing, please search for her in tiny coffee shops, at home playing video games—or, perhaps, on a sudden trip to a city she mentioned being interested in approximately once.
